Bridge

A bridge is a dental prosthesis that replaces a missing tooth or teeth and is attached permanently to one or more natural teeth.
Technique
A bridge is made up of units and is cemented to adjacent teeth which have been reshaped beforehand. The quality of the bone support is of great importance in bridgework. Usually, first and second molars, canines and premolars are high-quality bridge abutments whereas incisors are not optimal as abutment teeth for bridgework.
The materials used for bridgework at the clinic are metal ceramics.
We also make Bridges using the New Generation Composite Reinforced with Glass-Fibers.
The type of prosthesis selected is dependent on the time available for treatment and the financial means of the patient.
